The bus routes operate daily on 2 loops: the "98" buses operate on an extended route around North Adelaide, whilst the "99" buses operate on a smaller inner-city loop, and the whilst the "C" buses navigate their route clockwise, the "A" buses travel anti-clockwise. The Memorial Drive Tennis Club's location within central Adelaide means it can be reached on foot from most parts of the city. It is also surrounded by lots of green space, and lies on the banks of the River Torrens (Karrawirra Parri) which makes the walk very pleasant. From some of the further-out suburbs it may be a longer walk than some would like - sometimes up to 2 hours - but abundant public transport connections mean you can walk part of the way, and take a bus or metro the rest of the way.
