Paralympic Alpine skiing - shortened to para Alpine skiing - is an adaptation of alpine skiing for athletes with a disability.
The efforts of disabled veterans in Germany and Austria during and after the Second World War led to the development of the sport. Outrigger skis, sit-skis, and mono-skis are the primary pieces of equipment used in the sport, which is overseen by the Sports Committee of the International Paralympic Committee. Slalom and giant slalom Alpine skiing were some of the foundation sports at the first Winter Paralympics in 1976, and it has since grown even more.
For the 2026 Winter Paralympics, the para Alpine skiing events will be held at Olympia delle Tofane in Cortina d'Ampezzo.
