First aired in February 2010, NXT primarily acts as a developmental brand for up-and-coming WWE superstars, as well as occasionally showcasing matches between established WWE talents. Over the last decade, NXT has become one of WWE's greatest success stories with the likes of Johnny Gargano, Sami Zayn, Asuka, Finn Balor, and Sasha Banks all growing their reputations thanks to time spent with the brand. 

This edition of NXT is being held at Canton Civic Center in Canton. The superstar roster is expected to include Tony D'Angelo, Sol Ruca, Jacy Jayne & Ricky Saints.
