The Irish Champions Weekend – often shortened to the Irish Champions Weekend – is a thrilling flat racing meeting for thoroughbred horses held at Leopardstown Racecourse in Dublin and the Curragh Racecourse in County Kildare, Ireland.
The event offers 2 days of incredible racing showcasing the best of the best in Ireland. Day 1 is held at Leopardstown Racecourse with the riveting Irish Champion Stakes. Day 2 sees the action move to the famous Curragh where the highlight of the meeting is the Irish St Leger, the fifth and final Irish Classic of the flat racing season.
