🅿️ Parking

The venue's parking garage (Messuparkki) is located right beside Messukeskus, next to Pasila station. There are 4,600 parking spaces in the parking garage and outside areas. The parking is available to everyone and always open.

🚖️ Taxi

The taxi station is located in front of the Southern Entrance of Messukeskus.

Numerous bus lines stop close to the venue:

69, 506, 848, F848 – Vaihdemiehenkatu stop · a 100 m (1 min) walk from the venue
848, F11, F848 – Pasilan asema stop · a 350 m (4 min) walk from the venue

Tram line 2 runs from Messukeskus via Töölö to the city centre and the terminus of the line is in front of Messukeskus (a 4 m (1 min) walk away). Tram line 13 runs from Kalasatama metro station to the nearby Pasila station (a 400 m (5 min) walk away).

🚆 Train

The closest train station to the venue is Pasila which is just a 400 m (5 min) walk away. From this station, you are able to access local and national train services.

🚴 Cycling

Bicycle racks are located in front of the southern entrance and the Congress Wing. The nearest city bike stations are at Rautatieläisenkatu and Veturitori.

📍 Where To Stay

First-time visitors and those particularly interested in immersing in Helsinki’s culture and history will be most suited to the city centre. With landmarks like Helsinki Cathedral and galleries and museums on almost every street, the city’s highlights will be at your feet.

Those who prefer to see Helsinki’s stylish modern side might prefer Punavuori and the Design District. This is where many of city’s chicest shops can be found, as well as some of the finest restaurants and bars.

Kamppi is an eclectic mix of cultural landmarks, cool galleries and superb shops, making it ideal for those who can’t decide between the city centre and Design District. This part of Helsinki is particularly reputed for its exciting nightlife scene.

Families might prefer Kaartinkaupunki because while it is within walking distance to the city centre and many of the city’s highlights, it is much quieter and calmer with a residential feel.

While most of Helsinki is poised and polished, Kallio shows a more edgy and bohemian side to the city. Positioned north of the Langa bridge, the neighbourhood feels like a small village with alternative bars, vintage shops, and vegan cafes. Foodies will love Hakaniemi Market Hall which is full of Finnish delicacies.

Although the city is very walkable, there is an efficient bus system that operates throughout the city, as well as a major train station to take you further afield.

Messukeskus Helsinki, also known as the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre, is a premier event venue located in Helsinki, Finland. It is a versatile venue hosting a wide range of events, including exhibitions, trade fairs, meetings, and concerts. The centre's extensive facilities allow it to accommodate up to 60,000 people, making it one of the largest of its kind in Finland.

Built in 1975, Messukeskus Helsinki has a long history of being a central hub for business and cultural events in the region. Over the years, it has hosted numerous international conventions, exhibitions, and cultural events, contributing significantly to the local economy and cultural landscape. The venue has a range of food and drink venues including an Italian pizzeria, a hamburger restaurant, sweet shops, and more.

You are allowed to bring your own snacks but these should not be consumed in the restaurant areas.

💂 Entry Gates

The doors are usually opened 30 minutes before the event, but this may be different with different events.

There is no need to print the admission ticket for the public event. The eTicket purchased from the online store or received from the exhibitor is read electronically at the entrance gates either from a paper printout or from a smartphone screen.

🚽 Toilets

There are toilet facilities located conveniently throughout the venue. You can find baby changing in most of the facilities.
