The Evolution Championship Series – or Evo, as it is more commonly known – is one of the world's premier esports events. Focused solely on fighting and combat video games, Evo has grown from a 40-person Street Fighter tournament called "Battle by the Bay" into an annual phenomenon, with a large and loyal fanbase. Evo events usually take place in the glamourous surroundings of Las Vegas, USA, but accessibility is still at the heart of the competition: entry to the main tournaments is open, meaning anyone can qualify and compete in front of thousands of spectators!
After the event was held online in 2020 and 2021, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, Evo returned to an in-person event in 2022, hosted at the Bayside Exhibit Halls and Michelob Ultra Arena, within the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, Las Vegas.
The 2025 event will take place at Las Vegas Convention Center.

Event Badges are available for all 3 days of the tournament – either as single-day passes or as a 3-day pass covering the entire event – granting access not only to the show floor and all event activities but also first-come, first-served general admission to the Arena Finals Experience.
