At the Prudential Center, there are several tiers of standard seating offering tickets with varying views of the action and at different price ranges:
- Lower (Sections 1-22) – the lowest tier and close to the ice so spectators can feel immersed in the event. Glass and Club Seats are on this level and offer added perks
- Balcony (Sections 101-107 & 116-124) – middle-tier seats offering elevated views from the ends of the rink
- Mezzanine (Sections 108-115 & 125-136) – middle-tier seats offering elevated views from the sidelines of the ice
- Upper (200 Level) – the highest tier in the arena with some of the most affordable seats
There are also premium seating and hospitality options available at the arena for those looking to enhance their gameday experience:
- Glass – front row seats on the Lower tier with access to either the Caesars Club or Club Lounge East
- Club Seats (Sections 7-9 & 18-20) – on the Lower tier with sideline views, all-inclusive food and soft drinks, and access to either the Caesars Club or Club Lounge East
- Suites – on 2 levels between the Lower and Mezzanine sections with customisable packages ideal for entertaining family, friends, or clients
