The Red Bull Ring is located near the small town of Spielberg, in the Styria region of Austria. Driving is a popular way to reach the circuit as parking is free, but public transport options are also available.

Free parking is provided at the circuit for event ticket holders. The colour marked on each ticket should guide visitors to the most appropriate parking area. Each area offers signposted directions for the fastest way to reach the circuit, and most are located approximately 15 minutes away by walking.
All circuit parking areas are located in unpaved meadows, so conditions can be boggy in wet weather. Visitors whose cars are not suitable for muddy fields should consider parking further from the circuit, or using different means of transport.
The Red Bull Ring app offers live navigation advice during events, updating visitors on any changes to driving routes or parking options.
Taxi services are available in Styria, with an average cost of EUR €1.75 per kilometre. A taxi from the centre of Spielberg to the Red Bull Ring is likely to cost around €10, but in busy traffic this price may increase significantly.
Free shuttle bus services are typically provided during major events at the Red Bull Ring. These services operate from the following locations:
On the Sunday of event weekends, shuttle bus services only run until 19:00.
The closest train station to the circuit is Knittelfeld, approximately 10 minutes away by car or by free shuttle (see the Coach & Bus Travel Information for more details). Knittelfeld is connected to most major cities in Austria, with the train journey from Vienna taking approximately 3 hours. From Graz, visitors can take the train to Bruck and then change for Knittelfeld, with a total journey time of around 80 minutes.
Food and drink stands are located all around the circuit, with plenty of fast food options close to most grandstands. Some of the best food is typically found in the Fan Zone area, and you can expect tasty versions of classic Austrian fare like schnitzel burgers and bratwurst. Beer is available to purchase throughout the venue.
Fans are welcome to bring their own cold food into the circuit, and drinks are also permitted as long as they are not held in glass containers.
There are 6 entry gates at Red Bull Ring, and fans can only enter and exit the circuit via these official gates.
Toilet facilities are located all around the circuit, including next to most of the grandstands.
Queues are likely to be longest just before the main race on Sunday, so try to avoid using the facilities at this time if you can.
Audio Description
An audio description service will be available during events for blind and visually impaired visitors. This will be broadcast on 94.2 MHz frequency.
The circuit is approximately 3.5 km (42 min) walk from the centre of Spielberg. During events, the roads around the circuit are likely to be extremely busy, and walking may be more difficult.
