Children aged 11 and under are granted free Grounds entry at the gate when accompanied by a ticketed adult. No ticket or advanced booking is required. However, children aged 4 and older will require a ticket to access Grounds Plus areas or hospitality venues such as the Birdie Shack and Club 54.
There are no discounted tickets for senior citizens and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

No public parking is available on-site, with the exception of accessible parking in lots B1 & 2, which can be entered via Gate B off Par Crescent.
VIP and corporate hospitality parking is also located on-site in Car Park B; these parking passes are pre-allocated and will be distributed alongside your event ticket 24 hours in advance of attending.
For general spectators, a Park & Ride system is in place at the Adelaide 36ers Arena car park at Toogood Reserve (Beverley SA 5009), accessible via Crittenden Road Findon. Shuttles will run between this lot and Gate D off Trimmer Parade. In 2024, they ran from 08:00 until 19:30 in 10-minute intervals, and in 30-minute intervals between 12:00 and 15:00.
Dedicated taxi and rideshare pick-up & drop-off zones will be located by Gate C off Frederick Road and Gate D off Trimmer Parade.
The Grange Golf Club can be reached via multiple bus routes:
A dedicated City Shuttle service will be running Friday through Sunday, collecting passengers at key stops around the city near CBD hotels, running at 15-minute intervals from 07:30 until 19:30 (between 11:30 and 14:30 they will run at 30-minute intervals). This shuttle will drop and collect from Gate C off Frederick Road.

The Grange Golf Club can be reached via Adelaide Metro's Grange Line. Get off at Seaton Park or East Grange, which are both approximately a 1.6 km (19 min) walk.
A dedicated City Shuttle service will be running Friday through Sunday, collecting passengers from Woodville train station. In 2024 it ran at 15-minute intervals from 08:00 until 11:30 and 15:00 to 19:30, and at 30-minute intervals between 11:30 and 15:00. This shuttle will drop and collect from Gate C off Frederick Road.
Woodville station can be reached via the Grange and Outer Harbor lines.
If you're staying in northwest of the city centre such as in the Seaton or Grange areas, then arrival on foot may be practical.
